Our professional staff of interviewers have each completed over
75 hours of training through our customized program. All
interviewers undergo close observation and monitoring before
being assigned to a study. WCC has a supervisor-to-interviewer
ratio of one to eight.
Our quality control department validates 10% of all contacts by
callback and assures accuracy and precise demographic
administration of our contact services.
The Wyoming Call Center is based in Greybull, WY. WCC has an
experienced staff of researchers, programmers, and project
managers to better service our clients. We work closely with our
clients to keep them updated on the progress of a project from
sample selection and pre-testing of the questionnaire or script,
through the data collection and data processing phase of a
project. Daily reports, tallies and quotas are supplied as
needed. We have ongoing interviewer monitoring during every
project.
Our computer
hardware and software are state-of-the-art. Data files can be
transferred electronically, via modem or shipped hardcopy
tabulation of results. Open end codes are developed to client
specifications by experienced researchers and typed verbatim
responses are available. We currently program our CATI projects
in Sawtooth Sensus and can conduct a survey using a mixed mode
methodology, both telephone and Web based.
Using SPSS, we can generate general and specialized tabulations
according to clients' specific requests and can produce both
weighted and unweighted tables.
