What products and/or services do we offer?
The Wyoming Call Center located at 648 5th Avenue
North in Greybull is the only professional focus group facility within
the states of Montana, Wyoming and Idaho. Made possible by a grant to
the Town of Greybull from the Wyoming Business Council, the Wyoming
Call Center opened for business on January 2, 2005.
WCC, a quantitative and qualitative data collection facility for
marketing and public opinion research, is totally research-based, and
does not engage in the telemarketing of products or services. The
mission of WCC is to provide both private and public sector clients
with a research product of the highest quality, delivering actionable
recommendations on time and within budget.
The market for opinion research is steadily growing. Corporations,
associations and non-profit businesses are utilizing the benefits of
comprehensive data on which to base sound business and marketing
decisions. Among the studies are health, business, consumer,
technology, and social and political studies. Clients include
universities, associations, government agencies, corporations and
not-for-profit organizations.
Services include communication
strategy development, advertising development and assessment, image
and reputation, branding and positioning, employee alignment and
motivation, new products and services, evaluation of proposed policy
changes, crisis management, marketing research, customer satisfaction,
strategic planning and web site usability assessment.
Data collection methodologies
include telephone surveys, internet surveys (email and web-based),
focus groups, online focus groups, dial focus groups, tele-focus
groups, one-on-one interviews, in-depth interviews, fax-back surveys,
and web site design and usability testing.
With 38 interviewer stations,
WCC has a 100-line broadband phone system. Additionally, there is an
in-depth interviewing suite and a focus group suite complete with
videotaping, audio-taping and client viewing capabilities via one-way
mirrors. High-tech streaming video allows people in remote locations
to log on to discussion groups and view them in real-time.
How long have we worked in this field and where?
Managing partner Barbara Burbridge has over 19 years of
experience managing projects, data collection and logistics for
multi-phase and multi-location quantitative and qualitative research
projects. Burbridge founded independent field management company Data
Harvest in 1995 and specializes in the implementation of projects of
all types. Data Harvest has gained a reputation for delivering
outstanding research within all segments of the population. Recent
projects have been completed for the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention, US Postal Service, US Department of Agriculture,
International Pilots Association, National Association of Home
Builders, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Merck & Co., Inc.
Burbridge, with a Bachelor of
Liberal Science, University of Iowa, Iowa City, IA, 1982, is a member
of the American Association of Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) and
Marketing Research Association (MRA). Prior to founding Data Harvest,
Burbridge worked for the full service research firms of Hamilton and
Staff, Inc. and Frederick Schneiders Research. She has conducted
hundreds of projects for political candidates, trade associations,
corporations and non-profit organizations. Areas of expertise include
implementation, sample design, quantitative data collection,
recruitment techniques, focus group logistics and problem solving.
